If your address are not in our covered area, we will inform you by voice call or SMS and the order will cancel and fully refund to you.

Requirements for a valid return or refund (only for customer received goods within in 2 days are eligible for refund / exchange) :


Have to inform our sale team within 2 days when received the goods. 

Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.)

Fruityvillage.com Account details (name and number).

Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met (check out below)
